Ayam/Udang Goreng Mentega

Resep ini kesukaan Suami juga katanya bumbunya enak banget. Akhirnya Pas kemarin ke Victoria Market ngeliat King Prawn, Suami langsung minta dipakein bumbu Mentega Juga.. sedep banget sihh apalagi kalau udangnya di explore alias di seruput hahaha!

Bahan-bahan:

1 medium-sized chicken, cut into small pieces (12 - 16 pieces)
2 cup frying oil
Juice of 2 lemons (Gw gak pake)
2 tsp salt

Sauce
4 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (kecap Inggris)
2 tbsp regular soy sauce (tamari)
8 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced

Cara Memasak:

1. Marinate chicken in salt and lemon juice for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat up oil, and fry chicken until it is golden, then set aside to drain.
3. Sautee the garlic and onion for a minute or two, then add the remaining sauce ingredients.
4. Stir fry for a minute and then add chicken pieces.

Untuk Udang goreng mentega, Gw gak goreng udangnya terlebih dahulu, jadi dari step 1 langsung ke step 2 biar lebih fresh.
