Blueberry Cheese Tart

Yang satu ini menu special dari Nyonya Inong, Cheese cake yang gak ribet juga (TANPA OVEN) buat Larra di Jepun pas banget nih cobain yang ini aja ya! enak banget deh.. Mirip banget sama cheesecake tapi modalnya cuma setengahnya ajah!

Karena gw dah teler packing buat pulang, akhirnya pas de tante inong yang bersedia bikinin cheese tart lezat ini buat kita2 di rumah. Hasilnya silahkan di nikmatin yaa!

Ingredients :
- 250 gr cream cheese
- 125 ml sour cream
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 3/4 can (from 395 gr can) condensed milk
- 1 tbs blueberry jam
- 1 sachet gelatine mix with 60 mls water (just use 45 ml) (Use Halal Gelatine (or Gelatine from Beef bones)

Crust
- 250 gr granita biscuit, crushed
- 125 gr butter melted (add if necessary)
- grated lemon skin from 1 lemon
- grated orange skin from 1 orange

Method :
Crust :
- MIx all of the ingredients, form a crust in the bottom and along side a springform pan, cover with a wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Tart :
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl with middle speed untill smooth.

Finishing:
- Set aside 2 tbs tart mixture,mix with 1 tbs blueberry.
- Pour the rest of the tart mixture inside prepared crust.
- Form three circle (with blue berry mixture) in the top of the tart, and use a tooth pick or a skewer to form spider-web effect.

To Make Spider-Web Decoration:
Buat 3 lingkaran seperti papan target di atas tart dengan Mixture Blueberry (bisa menggunakan spuit atau dengan sendok teh. Lalu dengan tusuk gigi, tarik dari tengah lingkaran ke arah jam 12, jam 3, jam 6 dan jam 9. Lalu di sela2 jari2 yang sudah terbentuk, tarik dari arah luar ke tengah lingkaran.

- Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
